Restorative Care
Composite Restorations
When a cavity needs to be treated, composite fillings are the standard of care. They restore strength to the tooth while matching the natural color of your smile for a seamless, esthetic result.
Crown and Bridge
When a filling isn’t enough to restore a tooth, a crown (often called a cap) may be recommended. A crown covers and strengthens the tooth, helping it withstand normal biting forces and function comfortably for years to come. If a tooth is missing, a dental bridge can also be a reliable option to restore your smile and chewing ability.
Implant Restorations
Once a dental implant has been placed and fully healed, the next step is attaching a custom crown to the implant, creating a natural-looking and fully functional replacement tooth. Dental implants can also be used to support removable dentures, fixed dentures, or implant-supported bridges, providing added stability and comfort.
Removable Prosthesis
Both partial and complete dentures provide comfortable, cost-effective ways to replace missing teeth, restore function, and help you smile with confidence again.
Cosmetic Dentistry
Enhance the beauty of your smile with treatments designed to improve color, shape, alignment, and overall aesthetics.
Invisalign®
Sometimes the most effective solution is simply moving teeth into the right position. Clear aligners like Invisalign can treat most orthodontic concerns through a personalized series of trays designed just for you. Because the aligners are clear and removable, you can improve the function and alignment of your smile while keeping your natural appearance throughout treatment.
Veneers
Minimally invasive porcelain veneers can enhance the appearance of your smile while preserving as much of your natural tooth structure as possible.
Cosmetic Bonding
Sometimes small changes can make a big difference. Composite bonding can improve the shape and appearance of teeth without removing healthy tooth structure, offering a conservative and easily repairable way to enhance your smile.
Teeth Whitening
We offer several professional teeth whitening solutions, both in-office and take-home. During a quick consultation, we’ll help determine which option is best for your smile and your lifestyle.
Preventive Therapies
Protect your oral health with proactive care that helps stop dental problems before they start.
Cleanings
Even if you brush and floss daily, professional cleanings are essential for maintaining a healthy smile. Our team focuses on providing a comfortable experience while delivering thorough, professional care using the latest evidence-based techniques.
Fluoride
Fluoride treatments have long been an important part of preventive dental care. Our office believes in the proven benefits fluoride provides in strengthening enamel and helping prevent cavities. If you have any questions or concerns, we’re always happy to discuss them with Dr. DiRenzo during your visit.
Sealants
Dental sealants involve placing a thin composite material into the deep grooves of molars. This safe, painless treatment helps protect teeth and prevent cavities from forming.
Silver Diamine Fluoride
Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) is a treatment that can help stop cavities from getting worse. It is often used for children when a traditional filling isn’t the safest option. In some cases, it may also be used for adult patients.
Reactive Therapies
Address dental issues quickly and effectively with targeted treatments that relieve pain and restore oral health.
Extractions
When a tooth can no longer be restored and it is a danger to you unfortunately the only option is extraction. We have the means to safely and comfortably remove teeth. Before we remove any tooth we prefer to discuss options to replace a tooth. (See implant, bridge, and removable options)
Root Canal
When the nerve of the tooth is the cause of pain or infection oftentimes a root canal is a very comfortable and effective treatment option. With hundreds of root canals completed successfully Dr. DiRenzo is happy to treat the majority of cases presented.
Functional Therapies
Focus on improving how the teeth, jaw, and muscles work together to support healthy development, proper alignment, and long-term oral function.
OSA and Snoring Appliance Therapy
Sleep apnea is increasingly recognized as a common condition linked to several oral and systemic health issues. If you have concerns or questions about this sometimes not-so-silent condition, please feel free to discuss them with our team.
TMD and Myofacial Pain Therapy
The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) connects your jaw to your skull and can sometimes become irritated or dysfunctional, leading to jaw pain, headaches, and other symptoms. Dr. Phillips received specialized training at University of Michigan to help treat and prevent temporomandibular disorders (TMD) and myofascial pain.
Occlusal Guard
Occlusal guards, often called night guards, are worn during sleep to help prevent tooth grinding and clenching. They can also help reduce strain on the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), protecting both your teeth and jaw.
Invisalign®
Whether for esthetics or improved function, Invisalign can be an effective way to gently shift teeth into their ideal position and create the healthy, confident smile you want.
